英文期刊cover letter的格式

最近有作者咨询英文期刊cover letter的格式，Cover letter中文叫做投稿信，是在投稿的时候写给编辑的信，要让编辑对你的文章留下深刻的印象是很重要的，投稿信要包含多项重要的内容，这样写作出来才更有价值。
cover letter每一部分的撰写格式如下：
part1.称呼
对杂志编辑进行礼貌性问候，并引出下文。

Part 2.第一段：介绍文章题目、投稿杂志名称、投稿类型
注意：文章题目，文章类型，投稿杂志名称最好高亮或者斜体，与其他字体区别，期刊要写全称
示例1:I am writing to submit our manuscript entitled "文章标题" for consideration for publication in 期刊名称 as a Letter / Article / Paper / Review .
示例2:We are submitting a manuscript entitled "论文标题" for your consideration for publication as a Letter / Article / Paper / Review / Communication in .
Part 3.第二段，文章内容介绍
只需用简洁而准确的语言把文章的内容和亮点讲清楚即可。
亮点，即重要的研究成果，例如巧妙的实验方法、创新的统计分析方法、新的研究发现等。
首先，用一句话概括文章的核心内容： This manuscript addresses XXX 。
如果是综述类型的文章，还可以按照摘要的写法，简单描述一下自己总结了什么。
然后，通过通俗易懂的的描述简单介绍研究背景和领域进展。
接下来，用简短的语言阐述文章主要结论或亮点、创新性以及重要性，从而吸引编辑的兴趣。
注意：这是本段重点中的重点。一定要让编辑认为该论文的研究内容符合杂志的主题且研究有价值。
模版：这一段撰写的时候可以结合文章的摘要部分填补内容
示例1:Studies have shown that [ insert brief background of study ]. However , it needs to be clarified whether [ insert problem statement ]. Using [ insert method ], we show that [ describekey finding ( s ) of the study ). Our findings are significant because [ explain the impact of the study ].
示例2: In this study , we first show that 「研究发现1」. We also find that 「研究发现2. Meanwhile , we introduce 「研究发现3」. Our finding about 「主要研究内容」 contributes to 「对人类健康/临床治疗等带来了哪些益处.
Part 4.第三段，各种声明
很多期刊会要求作者在投稿时提供一系列的声明，以确保论文符合期刊本身和科学出版行业的道德规范。建议提前查阅各期刊具体的要求，如没有明确说明，可参考以下角度根据实际情况进行声明：
原创性声明：声明文章的原创性，确认其未在他处发表过，以此展示研究成果的独特性
利益冲突声明：针对所有潜在的利益冲突，提供清晰透明的声明：说明不存在可能影响客观性的个人、财务等利益关系;如果存在，则说明潜在冲突的来源和性质
资金来源声明(可选择是否写)：披露研究所涉及的各项资金或研究补助来源
示例1:This manuscript describes original work and is not under consideration by any other journal . All authors approved the manuscript and this submission . We have no conflicts of interest to disclose .
示例2:The work described has not been submitted elsewhere for publication , in whole or inpart , and all the authors listed have approved the manuscript that is enclosed . This research was partially or fully sponsored by ( write the name of sponsoring agency ) with grant number ( write the grant number here )
Part 5.第四段，总结与致谢
最后一段再一次表明在本杂志投稿的强烈意愿，并写一些客套话
示例1:Thank you for receiving our manuscript and considering it for publication in [期刊名]. We appreciate your time and look forward to your response , and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions .
实例2:Thank youforreceiving our manuscript and considering it for review . We appreciate your time and look forward to your response . Kind regards .
示例3:We deeply appreciate your consideration of our manuscript , and we look forward to receiving comments from the reviewers .
Part 6.第五段，落款
最后附上通讯作者的信息，包括姓名，头衔、地址和国籍、单位(所属大学、研究机构)、电话、邮箱等，一般提供通讯作者的单位邮箱。
示例：

Part 7.推荐审稿人及排除审稿人(并不是所有杂志都要求，根据杂志要求来)
有些杂志要求在网上投稿系统中填写推荐审稿人或排除审稿人名单，如果这样， cover letter 中是否推荐审稿人，可以自主选择。若投稿系统没有提供推荐审稿人功能，则可以在 cover letter 中添加相关信息。
推荐审稿人要求：
一般找论文参考文献的作者，通常需要推荐3-5位评审人。要附上推荐审稿人的相关信息，包括头衔、姓名、国籍、所属大学、研究机构、邮箱、研究领域等信息。
示例1:Since the following persons are experts in the [, esugest these experts as peer reviewers :

以下提供一个通用模板：
Dear editor,
